94ok Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 94ok platform (94ok.club), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 94ok. 94ok reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 94ok platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 94ok applies a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders, in keeping with responsible gaming best practice for the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 94ok complies with local laws.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 94ok or from any other gambling platform for fraud, abuse, or any violation of terms.

3Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one account on the 94ok platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP address patterns, payment method overlap, or any other means, will be treated as duplicate accounts. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 94ok will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Do not share your login details with any third party.

• Account names must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may trigger additional verification requirements or delay processing.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

94ok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 94ok does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account security.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 94ok does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment provider outages or technical issues outside its control.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time they are offered, including any applicable wagering requirements. The following general terms apply to all 94ok promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Players must meet any stated eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit requirements and opt-in steps — before a bonus is applied.

6Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

94ok is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live dealer games, or coordinate wagering to exploit promotion terms.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft. 94ok cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and will report suspicious financial activity as required.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether on the same device, the same IP address, or via different mobile numbers, where the intent is to circumvent account limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a previous suspension or ban.

7Responsible Gaming

94ok is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gambling and sports betting are forms of entertainment that carry real financial risk. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from 94ok. Unauthorised use of 94ok intellectual property may result in legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 94ok's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• 94ok is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential or indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even where such loss was foreseeable.
• 94ok does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. 10Privacy

94ok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11Account Suspension and Termination

12Amendments to These Terms

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and 94ok arising out of or in connection with these terms or use of the platform, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. 94ok will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints received via [email protected] within five business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Where a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
